Cancellation Policy – 2011 CanTRA Conference Cancellations on or before May 20, 2011: Fees will be reimbursed minus an administrative fee ($55) OR a substitute delegate may be sent. Cancellations on or after May 21, 2011: A substitute delegate may be sent; no refund available.
